Event Management

Oversaw the coordination and execution of the organization’s presence at small and large industry trade shows and events. Responsibilities included:

• Managed travel for tradeshow/event team
• Oversaw vendors and logistics for exhibit execution
• Coordinated meetings between Delphinus team and their customer prospects
• Developed promotion for Delphinus presence at the event, including advertisements, editorials, social media posts and email campaigns leading up to, during and following the event.
• Creation of presentations for KOLs speaking at events
• Managed the budget and resources for each event 

As part of the commercialization strategy for Delphinus' SoftVue breast screening device, I supported the team in the expansion into new markets by hosting multi-day educational and promotional events to introduce the technology to physicians, healthcare professionals, and potential patients. Each event featured live demonstrations, image review sessions, and informational presentations. To enhance community engagement, we partnered with local cancer advocacy organizations to provide attendees with additional health resources. Our team and I managed the logistics, marketing, and on-site execution, ensuring a seamless and impactful experience for all participants. 

I also executed SoftVue Program launch events at partner healthcare sites, helping to plan ribbon-cutting events with outreach to local media, hosting educational sessions for healthcare team members, and executing outreach to women in the community. 

I organized training programs for new radiologists, corporate sponsorship events, executive dinners, and video shoots that required planning, logistical coordination, and execution, which my team managed.

As the Assistant Marketing Manager at the Michigan Association of CPAs (MACPA), I assisted in the planning and executing two annual events, The High School Leaders Conference and the Accounting Aid Society’s Tax Assistance Program. 

The High School Leaders Conference brought together junior and senior high school students and MACPA member CPAs to educate students on careers in accounting and finance. It provided educational and career guidance during the full-day seminar. 

The Accounting Aid Society Tax Assistance Program provided low-income Detroit residents the opportunity to work with MACPA member CPAs for tax return preparation and financial counseling. 

For both annual events, I coordinated CPA volunteers for each program, marketing and advertising leading up to the program, event logistics, and program execution.
