To ensure a successful installation, implementation, and launch of a new FDA-approved breast screening device at partner healthcare facilities, my team developed a product commercialization toolkit to ensure the healthcare team was prepared to launch and execute the SoftVue Dense Breast Screening Program at their facility.
The toolkit includes an implementation guide outlining responsibilities and tasks the new healthcare team and the Delphinus team were responsible for to ensure a successful program launch.
Print marketing collateral for women and referring physicians to announce the product launch and educate the respective audiences on the device and the clinical problem it was designed to address.
Media resources to announce the product launch at partner healthcare sites, including press release templates, media messaging, and product FAQs. In addition, we provided supplemental communications, including a commercial spot, website content, and newsletter content to support promotion of the program.
